Change Management Consultant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply a structured methodology to develop and lead the implementation of the change management plan.
  • Consult with project sponsors to effectively facilitate change.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure that change management activities effectively meet the needs of stakeholders and the project team.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify stakeholders, conduct impact analyses, and assess the change readiness of key stakeholders.
  • Identify, analyze, prepare, execute, and monitor resistance management strategies.


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or related change management experience. 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence people from different organizational levels.
  • Ability to identify, research, and solve complex problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information with tact and diplomacy to a diverse stakeholder group.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Certification in organizational change management from an Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Qualified Education Provider (QEP) or Prosci, Inc. a plus.
