M&A Management Consultant

Job Description

The Sunipro M&A Service Line advises our client’s as they progress through their transaction journey whether in the due diligence phase, Day 1 readiness or post close integration / separation. This is an exciting and transformational time for our clients, their customers and everyone involved in the successful transition.

We are looking for an individual who can fit the requirements of the following responsibilities and qualifications.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform core project management activities such as maintaining RAID logs, developing dependency trackers and managing meeting cadences.
  • Identify and communicate risks and issues with leadership team and develop mitigation plans.
  • Manage teams to produce required outcomes.
  • Identify and track cross workstream dependencies.
  • Actively communicate risks, issue and key activities.
  • Provide strategic direction for client.


Qualifications:

  • Experience leading projects to successful outcomes.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills using Excel and other tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Tax experience ideal.
  • Renewables and storage experience ideal.
